Full hearing test
A thorough test of your hearing, with time to talk. Most people start here, especially if conversations have become harder to follow, or you're thinking about hearing aids.
You’re under no obligation. If you do choose a hearing aid plan, we take the £45 off the price.

Hearing aid plans
Prices include two hearing aids. You don't need to choose before your appointment. After your hearing test, we'll talk about the places where you most want to hear better and recommend the level of technology that suits you.
Comfort plan
Clear, comfortable hearing in quieter places, at home and in one-to-one conversation.
Advanced plan
Everything Comfort offers, plus stronger help with background noise in cafes, shops, the car and small groups.
Premium plan
Everything Advanced offers, plus our strongest help in the noisiest places, like busy restaurants, parties and family gatherings.
